Fold and Say: Basic Concept Mini-Books

Fold and Say® Basic Concepts Mini-Books has 106 reproducible Mini-Books to help teach children 53 basic concept pairs. These mini-books present the concepts, one at a time, using several different scenes. Children learn the concept in the first few scenes and then identify the concept within a scene using a foil (unrelated concept). The last scene in the mini-book asks the student to draw, color, or write the concept for extra practice or assessment. Basic Concepts allows a progression from easier to more difficult concepts by dividing the concepts into Level 1 and Level 2.Basic Concepts includes 106 basic concepts activity Mini-Books, 53 pairs of reproducible concept cards, assessment pages, awards, and a CD-ROM for printing the mini-books.
